Finally a little good news in my family

So there is nothing new to update about Avarie's condition except she is still in a lot of pain and discomfort. We did get an appointment scheduled with a cardiologist for Aug.5 thats this next tuesday. Otherwise no new symptoms or improvement.

Good news for our family is that Craig was suppose to start his CNA classes on Sept. 9, that was the first available class time, but they called today and were able to get him in starting this Friday. So he starts class on Friday. It is 3weeks long and then he will have his CNA and can get a new job. DI just doesn't pay enough, not that CNA is going to pay a ton, but any improvement would be great at this point. Craig is very excited, I am too. We hope to get him a little experience at a care center and then get a job at the hospital. Our neighbor is a CNA at SW Medical and seems to think she can help get him on, we are crossing our fingers because the hospital pays a lot more, has benefits, and is not as horrible as working at a care center. Not that working at a care center is horrible, its just very fun cleaning old peoples bottoms and thats a big part of what a CNA does at a care center.
